These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Canvasattack website and to every order you place with us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us

The website is operated by Universal Art Gallery, Ground Floor, A-31,32 Sanvi Residency, House Road, near Pravin Ramani, Nehru Park Society, Dehgam, Dist. Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382305, India.

Your account

You need an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

Personalised products

All our products are made to order using the photos and text you provide. Because of this:

Please check spelling, photo position and cropping in the preview before you order. We print what you approve.
On-screen colours can look slightly different from the printed product because every screen displays colour differently.
Low-resolution photos may print blurry. The website warns you when a photo looks too small for the chosen size; if you continue anyway, we cannot accept a return for print quality.
If you choose photo retouching, we may contact you with a proof. If we do not hear back from you within [CONFIRM: e.g. 7 days], the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Content you upload

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo and text you upload. We will not print content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, or that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, and we may cancel such orders. You keep all rights to your photos; you only give us permission to use them to make your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) for India and US Dollars ($) for other countries, and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

In India we accept online payment through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). International orders are paid online by card or PayPal.
We may cancel an order if a product was listed at an obviously wrong price; any payment will be fully refunded.

Discounts and reward points

Coupons and reward points are subject to the conditions shown with them. Reward points have no cash value, can cover up to 50% of an order (excluding shipping), and points used on an order that is cancelled are returned to your account.

Order cancellation

Because every item is made to order, you can cancel only before it goes into production. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as courier delays, natural events or strikes).

Intellectual property

The website design, logo, text and product images belong to Canvasattack and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of [CONFIRM: city], India.
