Where we ship

We ship across India and to [CONFIRM: international countries, e.g. USA only / worldwide].

Production time

Each order is printed and finished by hand after you place it. Production takes [CONFIRM: e.g. 2–4 business days] before your order is handed to the courier. Orders that need photo retouching or a proof may take longer.

Delivery time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard: 8–9 business days
• Express: 7–8 business days
• Priority: 4–5 business days

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Remote locations may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. [CONFIRM: free shipping threshold, if any, e.g. free shipping on orders above ₹999]

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on orders within India. A Cash on Delivery charge of ₹49 is added to the shipping charge at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched we update it in My Account → Orders with the courier name and tracking number.

Dropship / gift orders

You can ship an order directly to someone else. Choose "Dropship order (white label)" at checkout and we will send it in plain packaging, with no Canvasattack branding, invoice or prices inside.

Customs and duties (international orders)

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These customs duties are paid by us (the sender), so there is nothing extra for you to pay on delivery.

Delays and lost parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or customs, but we will help you track your parcel. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will reprint and resend it at no cost.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, reshipping will be charged again.
